    I just set the timer for the first part of dinner in the oven and said, out loud, to only myself… “I think I’ll watch some nerdy infrastructure videos on YouTube.”

  • Never Change, Air Travelers

    Heading to a work conference today and am at the airport way early. Just walking from security to the gate I have already encountered two old guys having loud business calls on speaker and an older woman who has dropped her Yeti 3 times, narrowly missing my left foot twice. There is also a guy laying on the floor at the gate.

    Beautiful day for flying at BWI.

    That said, express baggage check, and priority security lines are things I enjoy. And AirPods Pro can save me from the rest.

  • Wrapping up a little break

    It’s been nice to have a long break to recharge, and hang out with the Best Human.

    This has been a nice long, long weekend, but it’s back to work tomorrow. The break has given me some time to ponder creative energy and outlets, and regroup on some other personal goals that have been long-neglected. I’m feeling recharged, and only have 9 working days before my June vacation, and fewer than 20 days until I’m 55!
